Our October pop-up shop has concluded!

Thank you as always.

The October event ended successfully,

and I had a very fulfilling and enjoyable time.

Nikko Handmade Market

Super Kameya

October was a month where I could enjoy Nikko and Karuizawa.

Now, it's truly autumn leaf season!

I had plans to go to Karuizawa today, but

it was very crowded despite being a weekday.

By the way, in Nikko, the weather was almost too good and it was quite hot, so I was worried about sock sales,

but there were many customers with high awareness.

There was a cool couple who came touring from Tokyo, and international customers…

We sold many men's items.

This was my second time in Tochigi, after Mashiko in spring, and since there are no regular stockists, all the customers were new.

Even so, some customers bought on the first day, wore them immediately, and came back the next day.

I am very grateful for that.

When they wear them, the conversation flows even more, which is fun.

While I was exhibiting, my husband and children enjoyed ninja experiences and the Oiran Dochu parade at Nikko Edomura…

My husband was more exhausted than I was (lol).

Super Kameya

has many delicious items from famous stores around Karuizawa and event-exclusive items,

so I always end up buying too much.

However, sometimes things sell out quickly and I can't buy them.

As I discussed with Old Zakkaya R, serious repeat customers who love socks and old tools always come in large numbers on the first day (grateful).

On the second day, thanks to the attractive atmosphere of Mmop in Miyota Town, the venue, many first-time customers also picked up items.

There were also international customers, and when I asked, "Are there layered socks like this overseas?", they replied in fluent Japanese, "I haven't seen them." They bought leg warmers for his wife.

At events, more than selling,

I prioritize talking to people.

So, please don't feel like you have to buy something if you approach; I'm happy enough if you just talk to me.

If your feet get cold in winter, please remember me again (lol).

Shipments will be peaking for a while.

I will do my best to get through this busy season, and I hope to see you all again.
