They are perfect for everyday use, as well as for camping and hiking.

Their excellent cushioning makes them comfortable and less tiring to walk in.

They are manufactured on a rare Bentley vintage knitting machine with 44 needles.

We use 1/2 count chunky wool yarn.

Since very few hosiery factories can use this type of yarn, the yarn is custom-made.

If the yarn were any thicker, there would be a risk of damaging the knitting machine.

These socks boast a rugged, heavy-duty feel.

Although not double-knitted socks, they are thicker than double-knitted socks.

Their long length provides warmth, eliminating the need for leg warmers.

For winter mountain climbing, we recommend wearing thin inner socks underneath these socks.

They are made of approximately 40% acrylic and 40% wool, with thick woolen yarn, providing exceptional warmth.

Since yarn this thick is not available from yarn suppliers, it is custom-made. The grey yarn is wool.

They may shrink by about 10% after washing. They will shrink even more if put in a dryer.

This is because the fiber surface rubs together during washing, causing shrinkage and felting, so we recommend washing them in a net for a short cycle.
