Shipping Policy
Orders totaling 5,000 yen (tax included) or more qualify for free shipping.
If you use a coupon code, free shipping applies if the order total after coupon application is 5,000 yen (tax included) or more.
For purchases under 5,000 yen (tax included), a shipping fee of 550 yen will be charged.
Shipping will be handled by Yamato Transport or Nekopos, as designated by our store.
Typically, orders are shipped within two business days of receipt.
If gift wrapping is requested, it may take up to a week.
Returns are limited to unused and unopened items within 10 days of product shipment.
This does not apply to defective products.
Return shipping costs for defective products will be borne by our company.
For returns due to customer convenience, the customer will bear the shipping costs.
