This product intentionally omits the finishing process to maintain a soft texture, in consideration of the future environment and to aim for sustainable production of Japanese-made socks.

The finishing process involves applying heat and pressure, which is an important step in creating the crisp texture of new socks when first worn.

However, this texture gradually softens with use. When considering what is important for socks, we believe that comfort is supported by a combination of materials and design.

This product's open-toe shape makes it less affected by toe length and designed to be less constrained by size. Taking these characteristics into account, we wondered if there couldn't be an option that didn't rely on the finishing process, and so we adopted this specification.

In other words, they are delivered in their natural, knitted state.

 

If you have small feet or find them a bit loose, repeating washing and drying several times or applying steam can cause them to shrink and achieve a better fit.
