A busy summer! Getting ready for fall/winter.
I gave birth at the end of May, and two months have already passed.
I've received so many warm messages, and I feel so encouraged and happy. Thank you so much.

My previous birth was filled with painful memories of enduring the agony, so this time I was hoping to use an epidural to have a positive birthing experience. But...
・
This being my third child, labor progressed at an unbelievably fast pace, much quicker than expected... I was screaming and shaking, and the anesthetic didn't kick in at all during the peak of the pain.
(The despair I felt when I realized the anesthesia wouldn't make it in time, after having felt so relieved thinking it would be there... (lol))
But despite being a coward and easily scared, I managed to get through it, and meeting my baby was the moment I cried the most.
Life after birth involves support from many areas (mainly my husband),
and surprisingly, working allows me to change my mood and
feel connected to society, which is very good for my mental health.
However, since my husband is on paternity leave, I thought I should work even harder, push sales more than ever, and prepare the store...
But...
Two months postpartum, I'm at my physical limit!
This year, I'll take things slowly and move at my own pace.
I'll prioritize preparing for autumn and winter!
