Shinano-Oiwake Area

Karuizawa is cool in the summer.

The outlets and Old Karuizawa are fun,

but recently, the Oiwake area has become very attractive.

RK Garden (often featured in magazines; you can also buy flowers here! It's lovely!)

Sumiya (general goods)

Kozakka R (antique general goods)

Bunkajiba Aburaya (accommodation, gallery)

Ippo BAKERY (natural yeast bread, cafe)

There are many other shops as well. You can also enjoy a forest bath.

There's free parking, and once you park there, you can walk to everything in the area. Even last Sunday was bustling, but it's less crowded than Old Karuizawa and easier to get around.

As a new initiative this year, the "Shinano Oiwake Sunday Morning Market" is being held during the summer, and we are participating!

We'll be there again this weekend.

There are fresh vegetables and delicious sweets, and some great deals!

The exact location is next to Sumiya.

It's a perfect time for a morning stroll, so we look forward to seeing you!
